A few weeks ago, Manny the Frenchie arrived in NYC to raise money for charity on his nationwide tour. Dozens of French Bulldogs gathered at the Eventi Hotel in Manhattan, sniffing butts, chasing tennis balls, and of course, posing for photos in their most dapper apparel.
Everyone was so excited to meet Manny. But I was also super excited to meet our Instagram buddy, Oscar. 🙂 Look how happy he was!!
I mean, he was basically permanently excited and it was awesome.
Belly rubs from everyone!!
We met another big Frenchie, Ozzy. Romeo seemed skeptical. Frenchies shouldn’t be that big…
But he was quickly distracted by the puparazzi!
Although—he’s a natural. I must say.
Dexter quickly joined in on the shoot. Romeo let him into the spotlight, only because it was his birthday.
While waiting on line to see Manny, Romeo made a bunch of new friends. Including these two crazy pups.
This little sweetheart had a crush on Romes. I guess she likes the big boys.
“Hey, can I get a ride to Manny?”
After what seemed like forever, we FINALLY got inside to see the famous Manny the Frenchie!
He was such a little nugget in person!! I mean, Romeo could swallow his head whole! But, sooo adorable.
Once outside again, we met up with Romeo’s buddy and “Mini Me”, Walter Cronkite. Look how swagtastic he looks in that button down!!
Together, they picked up chicks. “Walter, wait. Check out the tail on that one…”
Oooooh, la la….
“Can I get yo’ chip ID?”
Just as Romeo was about to close the deal, in swoops Mickey Walker, stealing all of Romeo’s thunder in his totally awesome hawaiian shirt. Romeo was not impressed.
But, as the party died down and the place emptied out, King Romeo claimed his throne, and once again, reigns supreme.
The event was a big success, as dog lovers from all over gathered to raise money for Save-A-Vet and Social Tees Animal Rescue.
Always a good time seeing all our Frenchie friends. Until next time!
